Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays).  If for any reason the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours to let you know an expected delivery date. We will email you when your order has been despatched.

Our normal despatch procedure is, orders placed before 12 noon will normally be despatched the same day.

All our nappy cakes, bouquets and balloons are made to order especially for you.

 

How will my order be packaged?

Balloons

Our Stuffed Balloons are placed in a display box which is decorated with ribbons and bows then this box is placed inside another cardboard box padding is added for extra protection.

Nappy Cakes and Bouquets

All our Bouquets and Nappy Cakes are gift wrapped and tied with a coordinating bow. Your gift is then packaged in a strong cardboard box with plenty of packaging around it to ensure that your gift reaches you in perfect condition.

For bulk orders please contact us for a postage quote we may be able to get the postage a lot cheaper for you.

 

How much will I pay for UK delivery?

Each product on the website has it own delivery cost for you to view in the 'More Info' section. When you place an item in your cart the cost of Super Saver delivery will be added to your item(s), you make your choice for other delivery options at the checkout.

 

Delivery to multiple addresses

 

We can send gifts directly to the recipient. At the checkout you will be given the option to choose where you want your gifts delivered to. The system will only allow you to choose one delivery address per order.  If you want to send different gifts to different addresses then you will need to place separate orders.

 

Gift in a balloon

Sorry we only send balloons within the UK Mainland. Our other gifts are sent outside the UK.

 

Europe and Worldwide Deliveries

We deliver to Europe and Worldwide.The prices on our website are for the UK only. For overseas deliveries please email us at dawn@theuniquegiftstore.co.uk or use the contact us form on the website, with the address of where you want the parcel delivered to. We will get back to you ASAP with a delivery price. Our pricing system in the main is dependent upon weight. The larger nappy cakes weigh very heavy. We do transport them overseas but it is expensive, bouquets and 1 tier or small nappy cakes weigh a lot less so the delivery price will be less.

Due to the perishable nature of balloons we can not accept returns on these items.

Chocolate bouquets - If you are not entirely happy with one of our bouquets, please contact us with your comments; we need to know where we can improve our service and products, and will do all we can to put it right for you.

If you have a problem with any of our products please contact us as soon as possible and we will do all we can to put any problem right for you if we are unable to solve your problem we will offer a refund.

Cancellations

All our bouquets and nappy cakes are made to order. Once we send out a confirmation email to say we have received your order we start to make your cake or bouquet. Orders can be cancelled up to the point of us posting the order. Once your order has been posted it can not be cancelled. (see terms and conditions)

Complaints

At the Unique Gift Store we will look upon any complaint in a very positive light as it helps us to improve our service.

 

Disclaimer:  Third Party Carriers

The Unique Gift Store can not be held liable for delays in deliveries caused by third parties. We offer a choice of postage and will post your parcel by your chosen method. Once your order has been despatched we will email you to let you know the time and date that the parcel was despatched and provide you with a tracking number if you have chosen a signed for service. It is then the responsiblity of our carrier (usuallly the Royal Mail) to carry out their contractual agreement to deliver the parcel by your chosen method.(see our terms and conditions section)
