All items are made individually to order so please allow between 1-3 days before your order is despatched.

All orders placed before 1pm will go into production the same day, all orders after 1pm will be  processed the next working day.

Our products are sent to production immediately after ordering so please check your personalisations before completing checkout. We will send you out an email with your message in so you can double check it, as we can not make any changes to your entry once it has been sent.

To add your personal message on the gift:

Fill in the required personalisation field(s), then when you are happy with it press save. Then add the item to your cart.

To summarise:

Fill in your personalisation first THEN add to cart

Remember to include the lead time when selecting you delivery option to ensure your gift arrives in time.

The personalised items are manufactured at  a separate location to The Unique Gift Stores own items, personalised gifts can be sent along side other gifts from our website but 1 weeks notice is needed to enable us to receive the personalised gift, to include it with the rest of the order.
