All items are made individually to order so please allow between 3-5 days before your order is despatched.

All orders placed before 1pm will go into production the same day, all orders after 1pm will be  processed the next working day.

Our products are sent to production immediately after ordering so please check your personalisations before completing checkout. We will send you out an email with your message in so you can double check it, as we can not make any changes to your entry once it has been sent.

Delivery;

Delivery by 1st class Royal Mail £2.48 the despatched time for your item is between 3-5 days. This is not a signed for service.
Next Day Delivery -  £5.90. Please take into account the production lead time for Next Day Delivery as it is from the point that the item is ready to be despatched. The despatch time for your item is between 3-5 days.

SATURDAY DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS ITEM despite it being offered at the point of payment
